If having alcohol at your event, you must have armed security. Our security fee of $150 covers 4 hours, and each additional hour is $25 per hour. Fee must be paid 7 days prior to your event. 

Required the day before your event. Refunded within 48hrs after your event provided there are no damages and the venue is clean.

If you have smoking at your event, you must pay a smoking fee for cleaning and deodorizing. Otherwise, smoking must be done outside, or you will forfeit your insurance fee.
